Each one has been copyrighted and filed with the Library of Congress and cannot be reproduced, even if it is only to make one copy for yourself, AS IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO SO. All designs depicted are protected under United States and International copyright laws and treaties.
FLAG MAKING:
Eugenia's flags are designed and made here in the
State of Maine. Using the highest quality materials. We pride ourselves
on producing the finest quality poly/cotton flags available. The fabrics
and colors are carefully chosen and each flag is expertly stitched,
appliquéd, and trimmed allowing the design to be viewed from both sides,
than the flags are inspected by our quality control persons assuring you
of the best possible flag.

AVAILABILITY:
We keep a large inventory of Decorative and Garden
Flags available, and you can expect prompt delivery of in stock
merchandise. However, for special occasions and during holidays it is
best to order early. If you need your flag or flags by a specific date,
call early and we will do our best to meet your deadline. We attempt to
anticipate your needs. But, because every flag is hand-crafted, we may
need extra time to fill your order.
SALES:
We sell our Decorative and Garden flags retail
at Craft Shows, on the Internet and from a Showroom in our home which is
open by chance or appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Flags make marvelous gifts that keep on giving pleasure year after year. When you can't decide which flag to give, a
gift certificate provides an excellent alternative ! Just provide your
wishes as to the amount in the comments section of the order form, along
with the rest of the required information.
GIFT ORDERS/GIFT WRAP:
We
will gladly ship a flag to any address that you request. A gift card
can also be included and filled out with your message. We will also
gift wrap (see the order form).
FLAG CARE: A little care will prolong the life of your flags!! The poly/cotton fabric we use in flag making is a rugged blend and can be used outside year-round in all kinds of weather.
If for some reason, "Rain Wash - Wind Dry" is not enough,all our flags are machine washable !! We recommend a cold water, gentle cycle wash, with a mild laundry detergent. Drip dry and iron, if nessary. Never store your flag until it is completely dry.
Change your flags often, as constant exposure to the elements (especially the sun) will shorten the life of the flag.
